Mitchell Hamilton, Pastor

Pastor Mitch came to our church in September, 2000.  He received his Bachelor of Arts from Criswell College, Dallas.  He continued his studies in New Orleans where he received a Master of Divinity and a Doctor of Ministry from New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary.  He has been a pastor since 1987 and has served churches in Alabama, Louisiana, Texas and Oklahoma. He and his wife Teresa were married in 1982.  They have two children.

 

 

Riley Albertson, Business Administrator

Riley came to our church in August, 1994.  He received his B.A. from Howard Payne in Brownwood, Texas and his Master of Religious Education from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in Fort Worth.  He has served churches in Texas, Oklahoma and Colorado.  Riley and his wife Sara have been married for 39 years.  They have two children and three grandchildren.

Riley brings a wisdom that has been seasoned by over 42 years in the ministry.  He understands both the value of tradition and the joy of probing new territory.  His love for the Lord and His people is obvious to the entire fellowship.

 

Allie McNider, Minister of Education

Allie came to our church in September, 2006.  He received his B.S.  from Carson-Newman College in Jefferson City, Tennessee and his Master of Religious Education Degree from the Southern Baptist Theological Seminary in Louisville, Kentucky.  He has  30 years of experience  in a variety of staff positions and has served churches in Kentucky, Mississippi, South Carolina, Tennessee, Virginia and now Colorado.

Allie and his wife, Ann, were married in 1976.  They were blessed with a daughter in 1996.  Her name is Alexandra.

 

Scott Duffer, Minister of Music

Scott came to our church in June, 2003. He has a B.A. in Music Education from Seattle Pacific University, Seattle WA and a Master of Music from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, Fort Worth, TX.  He has served churches in Washington, South Carolina, Texas and Colorado. Scott and his wife Gail have been married 12 years.  They have two boys.

Scott has an ability to do most anything in ministry.  He is particularly gifted in music composition.  His experience and training gives him a depth that enables him to lead our fellowship to worship each and every week.

 

Bill Ingram, Minister of Youth

Bill came to our church in July, 1993. He has a B.A. from Oklahoma Baptist University.  He has served churches in Oklahoma, Texas and Colorado. Bill and Beth have been married for 25 years.  They have two boys, both of whom are in college studying for the ministry, and one grandson.

Bill has an incredible gift and heart for students.  He leads most every aspect of youth ministry in our state, serving as a consultant for the Colorado Baptist General Convention.  His heart for missions is obvious and he has led our church on numerous local, national and international mission trips.

 

Gail Duffer, Director of Childhood Education

Gail came to our church in December, 2003.  She received her B.A. in Psychology from Pacific Lutheran University, Seattle, Washington. She has served in Churches in Washington, South Carolina and Colorado.  Gail is married to our Minister of Music, Scott Duffer.

Gail brings both warmth and leadership to our children's ministries.  She has a unique ability to provide quality spiritual direction to the boys and girls of MABC.  It is no wonder that our parents love and appreciate her greatly.
